**Shipping**
We ship worldwide, including Australia, the USA, the UK, and Canada.
- **Processing time:** Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
- **Delivery time:** Once shipped, orders usually arrive within 7 to 15 business days, depending on where you are.
- **Tracking:** We email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
- **Free shipping:** Orders over $100 AUD ship free, and this is applied automatically at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and can vary because of customs, local courier delays, or busy periods.

**Returns & Refunds**
We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right:
- You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the condition you received them.
- To start a return, email officialauraedit@outlook.com with your order number and the reason.
- Once it's approved, we'll tell you where to send the item.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving the item.

Faulty or damaged items are covered by our money-back guarantee. Send us photos of the problem and we'll replace or refund it at no extra cost to you.
